ShouldIBuyThink, then Act.These terms govern the ShouldIBuy website and Android and iOS apps. By using the service or creating an account, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 10 August 2026ShouldIBuy is a Decision Intelligence service operated in Italy by an individual developer. It helps organise information, priorities and possible consequences for spending and budgets through explainable Decision Cards. For support, email altierious99@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ShouldIBuy and create an account. The service is not available to anyone under 13. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except for unlawful use not attributable to you.
One Decision Card is available without registration. Free accounts receive 10 standard Decision Cards per month and up to 2 active goals. ShouldIBuy+ includes the Premium features shown in the product, including deeper analysis, 2–3 comparisons, Decision Watch, unlimited goals and advanced tools. Features marked ShouldIBuy+ remain visible but locked on Free.
ShouldIBuy+ costs the price displayed before purchase, with applicable tax included or shown as required by the platform. Web payments are handled by Stripe, Android purchases by Google Play and iOS purchases by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the original purchase channel. Access continues through the paid period. Refunds, receipts, invoices and payout timing follow the provider’s terms and applicable law.
ShouldIBuy provides informational decision support, not a guaranteed outcome or professional advice on investments, credit, tax, health, law or other specialist matters. Data, AI and public sources may be incomplete, change or become unavailable. Decision Cards show sources, date, confidence and limits where available. You must verify decisive facts and retain final control.
Online features may consult current public sources. Offline mode uses local and previously synced data and identifies what cannot be checked live. Features may be updated, corrected, limited or temporarily suspended for security, maintenance, legal duties or provider outages.
You may not use ShouldIBuy unlawfully, harm others, bypass limits, attempt unauthorised access, submit illegal content or interfere with infrastructure or providers. You retain rights in uploaded content and grant only the permission necessary to process it for the requested service.
The ShouldIBuy brand, interfaces, text, models and software are protected. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or delete data and close the account through Profile → Privacy and data, subject to mandatory legal retention.
We provide the service with professional care and do not limit mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions taken while disregarding visible warnings, limits or updated information. Material changes will be communicated when required and show a new date.
Italian law applies without reducing mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve concerns clearly and promptly.
